How long will it take to receive my personalized item?
Thank you for shopping with In The Wood. The following chart
will give you an estimate of when you should expect to receive
your order based on the different shipping options we offer.

*This shipping charge includes the standard fee of $8.95 for
shipping the Baby Qube plus $2.00 for the standard shipping
of the gift certificate. The expedited and rush shipping options
refers to the gift certificate only. The Baby Qube will be shipped
with standard delivery to the redeemer of the gift certificate.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, our fulfillment center will notify
you via email if you supplied one. When available, a tracking
number will also be provided, enabling you to track your order.

Can I redeem a gift certificate for cash or receive cash back
if the entire gift amount is not used?
No. Gift certificates have no cash value.

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
All cancellations and changes to addresses, credit card information,
etc., on your order must be made by the close of the next
business day that your order was placed.

Can I return a personalized item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized
Baby Qube purchase. By ensuring that the items we select meet
our strict standards for quality and design, it is our intent
to provide our customers with the finest personalized gifts
available. We also take great care to inscribe our personalized
pieces with the exact information provided to us. And you
will be glad to know that before any item is shipped from
our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality
and accuracy. Understandably, personalized items cannot be
accepted for return; however, if your order is not 100% accurate due to our error,
you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging
for a prompt exchange. All returns must be made within 30
days of receipt. If you have placed an order and realize you
need to change or cancel it, updates must be made by the close
of the next business day that your order was placed.

I made a mistake on my order, can I get a replacement?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes. Please take special
care when reviewing your order. Check spellings, dates and
names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need
a replacement, we offer a replacement to you at a 20% discount.
Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement
item at no charge to you.
