We take great care to inscribe our personalized pieces with the exact information provided to us. Before any product is shipped from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy.

Understandably, personalized products cannot be accepted for refunds; however, We understand that everyone makes mistakes. Please take special care when reviewing your order. Check spellings, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer a replacement to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

If your order is not 100% accurate due to our error, you may return it in new condition and
in its original packaging for a replacement. Replacement requests must be made within 30 days
of receipt. Our goal is to process your replacement within two business days of receiving
the product.
