In The Wood wants you to be completely satisfied with your personalized Baby Qube. It is our intent to provide you with the finest personalized gift available. We take great care to inscribe our personalized pieces with the exact information provided to us. Before any product is shipped from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy.

Understandably, personalized products cannot be accepted for refunds; however, We understand that everyone makes mistakes. Please take special care when reviewing your order. Check spellings, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer a replacement to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

If your order is not 100% accurate due to our error, you may return it in new condition and
in its original packaging for a replacement. Replacement requests must be made within 30 days
of receipt. Our goal is to process your replacement within two business days of receiving
the product.

Change of order
If you have placed an order and realize you need to change it, you may contact us at 810/629/0150. All cancellations, changes or corrections to your order must be made by the close of the next business day the order was placed.

Gift Certificate Cash Value
Our gift certificates have no cash value.

Packing and sending your return
To ensure that your replacement is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:

Send the product in its original packaging.
Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
Include a copy of your order form.
Please send the product via a method that can be tracked.

We cannot process your replacement until your product has been received.
